DOING HARD LABOUR TO GET YOUR GOAL IS THE MOST HAPPIEST AND MEANINGFUL TASK IN AN INDIVIDUAL LIFE.THE DOMAIN IS NOT JUST IN THE RANGE OF HUMAN BEING BUT IT IS TRUE FOR EVERY CREATURE OF THIS UNIVERSE.FROM THE SMALLEST ANT TO THE BIGGEST ELEPHANT YOU CAN SEE THE TIRELESS EFFORT DELIVERED BY IT .
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THIS TASK SHOULD AFFECT THE OTHERS IN CONSTRUCTIVE MANNER.IF THE RESULT IS GOING TO DISTROY THE MORAL ETHICAL VALUE OF COMBINATION IT IS THE TRUE THING THAT THERE WOULD BE NO MORE EXISTENCE OF EFFORTMAKER.
THERE ARE A LOT OF EXAMPLES IN WORLD HISTORY WHERE WHEN SOMEBODY HAS CROSSED HIS LIMIT HE IS CRUSHED BY THE TIME.
SO THINK POSITIVE AND DO CONSTRUCTIVE.

WALKING ON THE BUSIEST ROAD OF MY BEAUTIFUL CITY I SUDDENLY THOUGHT ,PERHAPS I AM THE LUCKIEST PERSON OF THE WORLD.
I HAVE GOT THE ABILITY TO FEEL AND ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL CREATION OF LIFE.
SOMEHOW PEOPLE FORGET THIS FEELING AND DUE TO SOME CARRIED PRESSURE THEY DO SUICIDE.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT U HAVE GOT THIS LIFE TO LIVE AND ENJOY DONT WASTE IT JUST ON THE MATTER OF SOME UNUSEFUL INCIDENTS.WE ARE THE MATTER AND ONLY WE CAN SOLVE THE MYSTRY.

ATHISM

An atheist simply doesn't believe in a god. There isn't sufficient evidence, so there is no belief.An atheist can recognize the mystery of life, and marvel at how everything learned deepens that mystery, pushing "final" causes further into the distance. An atheist can recognize his or her own limitations, and seek to grow, perhaps even by developing contact with "higher powers." This is an atheist spirituality. The difference is that an atheist feels no need to pretend to understand the mysteries - no need to create gods and religions to explain them. Contacting "higher powers" can simply be tuning into subconscious resources through meditation or other means. Are these "higher powers" nothing more than electrical patterns in our brains? We don't know, and we don't have to know to tap into them.Is it that atheists don't want to know? It is the opposite. "Understanding" by forcing religious explanations on things short circuits any search for the truth. How can you understand and integrate new evidence when you are no longer questioning? Better to simply use spiritual tools like "intuition" and let them be understood - or not - with time and real evidence.

A critical thinker has the self-awareness to know the difference between a rational thought based on careful consideration and an emotional response based on personal bias. Emotion is the enemy of reason. By understanding your own perspective, you can also consider the perspective of others and come to a conclusion based on fact, not feelings.

IBM OFFCAMPUS RECRUITMENT

dear friends,
this is ajay and i am going to share my successful experience with ibm offcampus held in oxford college in bangalore.
On 4th of September IBM organised an offcampus drive in oxford college bangalore.
it was referal based so everybody participated through a reference of IBM employee.
the eligibility criteria was 65-65-70 in 10th 12th and BE.
there were four stages-
aptitude
group discussion
technical and
hr.
nearly about 1300 people appeared for aptitude and 250 were selected for next round.
the whole question set was divided into three parts.questions were of moderate level,dont be panic about that those who have good mathematical and reasoning skill they will clear it.

next was gd round .a team of 12 people was made for one topic.it was most important round,everybody was given chance to speak ,dont be silent .only those were rejected who kept silence .from my group 7 out of 12 were selected.nearly about 150 people were selected for technical interview.

third round was technical round,ibm is a company which really tests your technical skill.my technical interview was upto 40 minutes.questions were from my best subjects.i was told to write two programs on java and one on c.along with some questions on dbms and operating system.please answer those questions in which u r confident.dont guess answers.
120 people were selected from this round.

last round was hr.the lady asked about ibm about my background.she gave me topic of reality show and told me to tell sth.i answered all.she was impressed.at last she told me to wait for the result.
the result came after 5 minutes,i was selected.
ibm is a company where if u performs well you will be seleced.
